In searching the internet for a business opportunity that is not only credible, but has leaders with great integrity, I have found a company called GBG. This stands for Guided by God. You don't have to be a Christian to join, but it is a company that has great principles. It truly is a business for the masses.
GBG is free to join. No gimmicks. The autoship is only $19.95 for their liquid multivitamin drink. It has a very good flavor.
I looked long and hard to find this opportunity. Everywhere you look there are so many scams that it is so hard to find a good company. This company stood out also because of the new compensation plan that is now in place. It is better than any that I have seen. It is truly designed to help the average person and not just the experienced network marketer.

Choosing to Stay Up to Date about Cancer
Those of us who are dealing with the diagnosis of cancer, have so many decisions to make for our health. There is so much information to sift through. It can be overwhelming.
In one of the magazines I receive periodially, I came across a website that might be helpful. Actually, it was "Cure". Many others receive this already, so you may already be aware of this website. It is: www.curetoday.com/eupdates. This site will provide you with information about your particular cancer. What a way to keep yourself informed in order to make better choices.
It is so important to continue to stay abreast, not only of the latest developments in medicine, but also the positive life style changes we need to be embracing. Fresh fruit, vegetables, excercise, lowering stress, good nutrition, and a positive attitude are all things we should be striving toward.
Also, we all need to be aware of the many natural products that are available and be careful that we are getting the best, free of harmful ingredients. Check the labels and products and try to avoid some of the harmful products that are being offered to us. Ingredients like propylene glycol and sodium laureth sulfate are so common in shampoos and many other products.
Keep that positive attitude, it definitely matters where health is concerned.

Statin Pills vs. Antioxidant Supplements
If I had to make an educated healthy choice to help lower cholesterol, it would be antioxidant supplements. It is important to lower cholesterol, but at what risk. Many people are taking statin drugs because they have been recommended by their doctors. I hope that each person will study the choices they have before blindly accepting the prescriptions that are given to them. My own dad is taking a statin drug and has put his trust in what the doctor recommended for him. The majority of doctors are not trained to look for a more natural alternative. You have to be proactive when it comes to your health and search out those willing to work with you to provide an alternative to drugs that can be harmful.

Start the Day Right
What you eat in the morning sets the tone for the day. The nutrition that you put in your body at breakfast can make a difference in the things you accomplish the rest of the day. Lots of carbohydrates and/or sugar will give you a roller coaster ride when it comes to energy. A great way to start is with powdered whole foods.

Drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water - Cut down on calories
A lot of people cringe at the thought of drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water every day. It was very hard for me at first. I believe you have to find what works for you. Sometimes just adding a little bit of lemon can make all the difference in the world. Everyone gets so use to feeling they have to have a beverage with their meal. Why not just try a glass of ice cold water. I believe this may also help in getting rid of a few pounds. Just think of all the calories that are in that soft drink that you add to each meal.

Learning about Healthy Choices for your Life.
It's important to educate yourself on the healthy choices you make in order to maintain a better life. One of the most important decisions that can be made concerns what we put into our bodies. If we can eliminate chemicals, preservatives, hormones, pesticides, just to name a few, then the chances of living a longer and healthier life would be greatly improved.
